These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the A Dash of Adventure website and the purchase of our book and related products. By visiting our site or placing an order, you’re agreeing to these Terms as well as our Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

A Dash of Adventure is an Australian business. At this stage, we currently sell and ship within Australia only.

2. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent/guardian

  • You will use the site lawfully and follow all applicable Australian laws

3. Products, Pricing & Orders

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate.
Prices and availability may change from time to time.

We may limit or decline orders, including repeated or unusually large orders.

4. Payments

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment and contact details.

Payment must be made in full at checkout.
Orders may be cancelled if payment can’t be processed or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Shipping

Our Shipping Policy is part of these Terms. In short:

  • All retail orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–8 business days depending on your location

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been sent

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy also forms part of these Terms. In short:

  • If your book arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos

  • Once approved, we’ll organise a replacement or refund

 

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website in any unlawful or harmful way, including attempting to disrupt the site or engage in fraud. We may restrict access for any breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Australian law, A Dash of Adventure and its creators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of the website or purchase of our products.

Nothing in these Terms removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply as soon as they’re posted on the website. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
